- Food & Beverage – Brewery Industry
Experience: We understand the complexities in
brewing process which includes Milling, Mashing, Lautering, Boiling,
Whirlpool, Cooling, Fermenting, Conditioning, Filtering, and Filling.
Project Reference: Complete automation of Brew
house, Recipe Management for selecting different types of brews
and Report generation for each batch process using SQL database.
This project used iFIX SCADA, S7-400 PLC and the programming was
done based on S88 standards. Programming language used were LAD,
STL, and FBD. Process & Logic Simulation was done (to eliminate
the bugs and test emergency and fault handling procedures) using
PICS Pro Simulation Software.
- Food & Beverage – Dairy Industry
Experience: Our special expertise in Dairy Industry
includes the treatment of raw milk and the steps (Product Receiving,
Chilling, Storage, classification and separation, standardization,
pasteurization, homogenization, Product processing, CIP and packaging)
involved in the processing of milk into various dairy products
such as cheese, butter, milk products, milk powder and ice-cream
etc.
Project Reference: Includes automating pasteurization
dairy plant which handles the Raw Milk process, Pasteurization
process, Skim milk storage process, Cream storage process, Separator
process, compomaster process and CIP process of the milk and in
which cream and skim milk is separated from the pasteurized milk
through separator and compomaster units. S7 416 PLC along with
WinCC HMI and communication protocol, “Profinet” was
used to exchange data between pasteurization plant, separator
unit and compomaster unit. Programming Languages used were STL,
LAD and FBD. C and VB were used for scripting in WinCC.
Our experience also includes complete automation of membrane filtration
systems (Reverse Osmosis (RO), Nanofiltration (NF), Ultra filtration
(UF) and Microfiltration (MF)) used in processing of Milk. This
project used Intouch Scada Stations, S7-300 PLC and the programming
was done based on S88 standards. Programming language used was
STL.
- Pharmaceutical and Life Science Industry
Experience: We realize that Pharmaceutical and
Life science industry is complex and critical and hence follow
the current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) conditions to ensure
their quality. Compliance and validation are the key aspects of
this industry. Our team is fully aware of the GAMP, S88 and S95
standards and understands the FDA 21CFR Part 11 guidelines for
electronic records and signatures. Our quality processes follow
the GAMP Project Life Cycle Model. Our validation documents include
Quality Plan, Functional Specifications, Hardware Design and Test
Specifications, Software Design and Test Specifications, Installation
Qualification Specifications (IQ) and Operational Qualification
Specifications (OQ).
Project Reference: Includes automation of various sections like
Upstream Manufacturing, Downstream Manufacturing and Utilities
in egg based vaccine production. We have implemented Simatic Batch
for this project and the programming was based on S88 and GAMP
standard. Another project was for Automation of Chemical Synthesis
(Raw Material addition, Heating/Cooling and reaction control in
Reactors, material transfer control, Chlorination, Quenching process
control and Filtration) and Purification (Resin Columns distillation
under temp control, vacuum distillation in Distillation columns,
Ozonization and Solvent Recovery) processes for making artificial
sweeteners. Project was implemented using Simatic PCS7, S7-400,
WinCC HMI and Simatic Batch. Programming Languages used were CFC,
SFC, STL.
- Automotive Industry
Experience: We feel pleasure in sharing our experiences
in Automotive Industry with many global OEMs of repute. The applications
includes- Engine Assembly Lines, Paint Booths , Pre-Treatment
System, Vehicle Tracking, BIW Robotic Assembly Lines, T/C/F Stations
such as Fluid Fill, Marriage Stations, Test, Cockpit Assembly,
Glass Install, etc. We have also commissioned SPM for Machining
Centers(4-10 Axis with 840D CNC), Conveyors & Gantry Systems
that involves high speed and precision in microns. Our skilled
resources are key to the successful installation and customer
satisfaction worldwide.
Project Reference: We have done PLC/SCADA integration
with number of third party devices such as Sick / Symbol Bar Code
Scanner, Cognex Vision System, Ateq Leak Tester, PILZ Safety Relays,
Montronix Tool Monitoring System, Cooper & Atlas Copco Nut
Runner Systems, Sturtevant Richmont Torque Wrenches, etc. We have
implemented PLC/CNC Based system as per standards from many OEMs
and Automobile manufacturer with highest safety features using
safety PLC & controllers such as S7-319F, GuardLogix , PILZ,
Banner, etc.
Recently, we successfully delivered an automotive project that
involved S7-300, OP-377, 840D CNC, Moby ID Tags, Atlas Copco Nut-runner
Profibus/ Profinet based controls for Automotive Engine Assembly
Line with more than 30 Automatic & Semi-Automatic Stations
with continuous production capacity of 50 Engines per hour. We
support from Design to Commissioning and Production Trials.
- Steel Industry
Experience: We are well acquainted with the steel
industry process which includes sections like Coke plant, Sinter
plant, Blast Furnace, Ladle Furnace, Hot Strip Roll Mill, Cold
Strip Roll Mill, Slitting/Trimming Line, Continuous Galvanizing
Line, Color Coating Line, Cut To length and embossing line. We
are familiar with the important controls in the steel industry
(coke temperature control, caster cooling water temperature control,
pH control for pickle line, flatness control, gauge control, control
of heating/reheating parameters etc)
Project Reference: Projects included automation of Raw material
handling plant, hot blast stove, blast furnace, gas cleaning plant
using S7-400, WinCC HMI, softwares like STEP7 and programming
languages like STL, Ladder and FBD. Another project was BOF (Basic
Oxygen Furnace) and LF (Ladle Furnace) automation using S7-400,
WinCC HMI, softwares like STEP7 and programming languages like
STL, Ladder and FBD
- Cement Industry
Experience: While working on various Cement Plant
automation our team has got enriched with the in-depth knowledge
of the different stages of cement production (Quarry Crushing
and storage, Raw Material Transport, Raw material grinding and
homogenizing, Clinker burning, Clinker cooling, Finish grinding
process and packaging) and the various control loops involved
(Fuel Oil control loop, Kiln gas/oil flow control, Precalciner
Firing control, Cooler Fan control etc)
Project Reference: Projects included automation of cement plant
using PCS 7, S7-400 and WinCC HMI, standards like CEMAT 7.0 and
programming languages like CFC and STL. Another project included
Up gradation of Kiln and Cooler Section from S5 system to Siemens
DCS PCS7.
- Water Industry

experience in automating water treatment plants, waste water treatment
plants, effluent water treatment plants, water transmission plants,
pumping stations, municipal water treatment, water distribution,

Project reference: Project included waste water treatment and
transmission in Middle East using PLC & SCADA system. Systems
used were Schneider Quantum PLC and RIO Configuration, Vijeo Citect,
Motorola Moscad.
