South Africa based Beverage plant entrusts MES project to Sarla Technologies

Sarla Technologies successfully rolled out Plant Efficiency Monitoring & Control System for beverage plant in South Africa using Wonderware Factelligence MES system & WPS

(Wonderware Performance Software) Module. The system allows OEE monitoring on real time basis & root cause analysis of the plant downtime.

By entrusting MES project to Sarla, the customer gained focus on its core business activities and flex with the future challenges of International Beverage Industry.

Sarla Technologies Successfully Commissioned 1.3 SDE Diesel Engine Assembly Lines, on behalf of a leading Engine assembly line supplier from Italy, at fully automated facility of FIAT TATA Motors Plant using multi-axes CNC Machines within the project schedule.

	Fully commissioned the Engine Assembly Line Machines involving Siemens 840D CNC, S7-300 PLC Systems.
	Fully Automated Stations included Short-Block, Long Block, Cam-Carrier, Cylinder Heads, Conveyors, Loading/Unloading Gantry System.
	Many Third-party device interface involving Marposs Gage Reader, Moby RFID Memory Tags, Digiforce Unit, Cognex Vision Camera, Ateq Leak-Tester, Technifor Marking Machine, SICK safety light curtain, Cooper Nut-Runners, SMC Valve Pack, PILZ Safety Relay, etc.
	Operator Manuals were prepared for all 22 Machines and training was provided as per their satisfaction.
