Successfully Executed milk concentration process automation on Siemens S7 for Leading Italian Milk & Dairy products manufacturer.

Sarla Technologies successfully executed Milk Concentration process automation on Siemens S7 system. The process involved passing of raw milk through organic material made membrane under specific pressure and flow rate. This caused removal of water whose percentage is controlled by ratio controller. The CIP system was controlled by the PLC according to recipes inputted in SCADA. The end result was concentrated milk having desired amount of protein percentage and total solids percentage.

Sarla Technologies completes automation of Air Separation plant on Siemens platform where O2, N2, and Argon gases are separated out from the Atmospheric air. The main products resulting out are Liquid and gas oxygen, Liquid and gas Nitrogen and Liquid and gases argon.

Sarla Technologies wins PLC and SCADA development for the Gas compression and Treatment system on Simatic Step7 Redundant system with fail Safe Controller and Intouch SCADA. This system will be now commissioned on site through our Onsite Delivery model. The process involved air compressors, air processing units, purifiers and separation columns. The project complied with industry and customer standards.

Successfully Commissioned Robotic Car Parking for a 9 floored towers with 1200 car park slots. The project scope involved PLC Logic development , Graphic Development, testing , commissioning and site support.

Our responsibilities included Pre operational verification for Control net and Device net networks, SCADA application checks and deficiency verification and Functionality checks assistance. Project involved Prototype Design, Architecture, and Application Development for SCADA, PLC and Simulation, Testing, Customer Acceptance Test, Commissioning and site support.

Sarla Technologies team successfully commissions the Trans Gear Machining Line for leading Italian automobile manufacturer. The line involved one main conveyor which is connected to no. of sub conveyors (machine conveyors) for transferring the raw part from main conveyor to SPM machines. The systems involved were PLC Siemens S7-300 with CPU 317 2DP and Siemens RFID with RF170C Communication module. The HMI systems were OP12 with Transline 2000 pro software used for machine and user interface.

The Offshore platform has facility to drill wells, extract and process Oil & Natural gas and export the product to shore. Sarla Technologies is responsible for initial requirement gathering, project planning, Application development for PLC & SOE (Sequence of Events), Internal Testing, FAT , SAT, Commissioning and post commissioning support.

The Technologies used are Triconex Control System Tricon v10.5, Tristation 1131 v 4.6(Application development Software), SMM (Safety Manager Module)to interface with Honeywell TDC 3000 over Universal control network and SOE Sequence of Events recorder software v4.1.

A Saudi Arabian Company had plans to construct a crude pipeline project from Habshan in Abu Dhabi to Fujairah. The total length of the pipeline carrying crude oil from one station to other is 370 km having 4 main stations. The project involves PLC Logic modifications, Integrated testing / FAT, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Site Support using Siemens Platform S7. Communication was developed with Flowserve.
